Is Simple Signature supported with the Professional Edition of Salesforce?

What rights do I need to run the app? Do I need a Simple Signature permission set assigned? How can I find this?

We use Permission Set Groups in our org, but after adding the app permission sets to our group, we still do not have the necessary rights to use Simple Signature.

Some of the signature requests we create are not being emailed out. Usually, it goes immediately from Requested to Emailed status. However, some of them have not been emailed.
